About Us

We address two key objectives:

  • Why and How financial wellness is important and should be implemented.
  • Employee Wellness Programmes increase productivity beyond the contribution to one’s work into their family and society. Therefore there is shared value for employers to contribute to the employees’ financial wellness.

Leadership

Innovative minds with investments industry experience of over 12 years. The founding member Sandra Mokhonoana (nee’ Nyathela) holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from University of Pretoria, an Honors Degree in Accounting from the University of South Africa and a National Certificate in Financial Markets and Intruments.

She started her investments career in 2004 as a sell side trainee investments analyst at Kagiso Securities. She then moved to Cape Town to join Metropolitan Asset Managers, on her return to Johannesburg she joined SA’s largest Multi-Manager as a Portfolio Manager – Equities and Namibia portfolios. Her last role was as Investments Specialist at Amabubesi Consulting Services-Willis.
